Close to the airport. Shuttle was on time. Driver was courteous. Room was very nice, and I got a quiet nights sleep. The breakfast in the restaurant was spectacular!

The room was large and clean with great facilities. The hotel is close to the Pearson Airport and many bus routes, so that's a big plus. Some good restaurants/cafes and shops are close by, so that's a big plus. The staff is friendly & courteous & helps out when required.

Arrived at YVR around 1:30 a.m. and was amazed to find out that the hotel shuttle runs all night. The driver was super friendly and an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient and our room was incredibly clean and comfortable--super comfy bed and pillows. Restaurant opened at 7 a.m. Again we found the staff to be friendly and hospitable--a relaxed and happy way to continue a couple of rough days of travel. Thank you to the Best Western Premium Carlingview for a great staff and excellent facilities. It all means so much to exhausted travellers.

This team matches value with great customer service. Yes, you are right next to the airport and planes fly overhead. But I could barely hear it considering how close they fly. The staff treat you great, the price can't be beat, they give you a shuttle to the airport, if you need a place close to the airport, or if you need a fair price for a hotel within the GTA, you can't go wrong putting your trust in this operation.

Convenient and accommodating shuttle access to the airport, friendly and helpful staff, snacks available for purchase in the lobby, phenomenal view from the roof (especially at sunset), held our luggage for us at no additional cost while we travelled to Niagara for 2 days as we were returning to spend the night prior to our flight home

The staff were very helpful and courteous. One of our bags missed our flight and they were very supportive in the process of retrieving it. The shuttle from and to the airport runs frequently and the hotel is quite close to the airport so it's a pretty quick transfer.

Location was perfect for our intended stay. Shuttle service was efficient. Reception staff (unfortunately forgot her name, but she's a Filipino) was kind and accomodating. She offered/suggested that we take some snacks (from their snack bar) since we can't avail the breakfast the following day (we had to leave by 7am). Room was very spacious and neat. Bed was comfortable.

Room is very nice and clean. Has FREE Airport shuttle service. Driver was on time and helpful (please tip the driver) The staff are friendly and efficient during check in. Restaurant servers “mom and daughter” are nice and friendly. Food is ok. Bed is very comfortable. Over looking planes landing. We didnt mind the airplane noise as i read the reviews prior to booking the room. The hotel is located beside an airport what you expect. Overall was great. Good value for money.

All staff was excellent on the phone, by email, and in person. The shuttle was on time and were friendly and were helpful with our luggage. They answer the phone immediately without any delay. All concerns were dealt with immediately. Example, we couldn't get our room any warmer and the staff had a solution immediately and within 5 minutes she brought us to our room a portable space heater that heated our room efficiently. The next morning we blew a fuse and they had our hydro back in 3 minutes. I just spent 9 days out of country and 3 extra nights near the airport. The best was the Best Western
