Close to the airport. Shuttle was on time. Driver was courteous. Room was very nice, and I got a quiet nights sleep. The breakfast in the restaurant was spectacular!

This team matches value with great customer service. Yes, you are right next to the airport and planes fly overhead. But I could barely hear it considering how close they fly. The staff treat you great, the price can't be beat, they give you a shuttle to the airport, if you need a place close to the airport, or if you need a fair price for a hotel within the GTA, you can't go wrong putting your trust in this operation.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. One of our bags missed our flight and they were very supportive in the process of retrieving it. The shuttle from and to the airport runs frequently and the hotel is quite close to the airport so it's a pretty quick transfer.

All staff was excellent on the phone, by email, and in person. The shuttle was on time and were friendly and were helpful with our luggage. They answer the phone immediately without any delay. All concerns were dealt with immediately. Example, we couldn't get our room any warmer and the staff had a solution immediately and within 5 minutes she brought us to our room a portable space heater that heated our room efficiently. The next morning we blew a fuse and they had our hydro back in 3 minutes. I just spent 9 days out of country and 3 extra nights near the airport. The best was the Best Western

Room is very nice and clean. Has FREE Airport shuttle service. Driver was on time and helpful (please tip the driver) The staff are friendly and efficient during check in. Restaurant servers “mom and daughter” are nice and friendly. Food is ok. Bed is very comfortable. Over looking planes landing. We didnt mind the airplane noise as i read the reviews prior to booking the room. The hotel is located beside an airport what you expect. Overall was great. Good value for money.

The airport shuttle was prompt and friendly, as were the other staff. We did not have time to check out any other facilities. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. I will stay there again.

My stay at this best western was great. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make me feel welcome after a very long day. Room was clean and comfortable. Was a good temperature and had user control in the room which some hotels lack. Shuttle service to airport was friendly and made my early morning departure much easier. Just a standard airport hotel but they are doing the basics right. Very enjoyable stay

The staff, room, facilities and shuttle were very good. The staff were very helpful, professional, and patient. Ample toiletries provided. Breakfast, purchased at the restaurant on site, was good. The location is a 10-minute walk from restaurants/food outlets, and the airport is a quick shuttle ride from Pearson International airport.
